Todd married my next door neighbor in Elk Ridge, Brenda Black and used to work for Payson City as an electrician, and he died in a car crash I think between Payson and Benjamin.
I loved the house he grew up in, some nights it looked just like an old castle.
He didn't go on a mission, but he and Brenda got married in the Temple. He will certainly be missed.
Todd was living in my ward when he was killed, he was working for strawberry power, he was in benjiman working, he was sitting on the side of the road doing some paperwork when an elderly lady hit his vehicle and it killed him instantly, Todd was serving as our Young mens president at the time, and it really shook up the ward, Brenda was devistated, Todd was a great guy, I spent an great hunt with him in colorado just before his death, I helped him pack out a nice 4x4 buck from a steep canyon, Great memories with him.

I work with his brother in Draper and he said that Todd passed away on April 30, 1983.
